Why a non fat diet is not the answer:

Bodies that get the proper amounts of healthy oils have:

Healthy skin hair and nails, less body fat, increased energy and stamina, good sleep and concentration and over all better health and well being. The body needs oils for proper hormone production and function (both men and women). Be careful what brands of oil you use. Some companies use chemical extraction or heat. HOW TO EAT:

Overeating tests don’t by the National Inst. Of Aging: Animals fed 50% less calories per day showed their immune systems enhanced, thymus size was maintained and T cell function improved. Food quality wasn’t even part of the study just quantity so imagine what happens when we eat healthy as well. Gaining even just 20 extra pounds can effect your immune system.

WEIGHT LOSS AND MAINTANENCE:

1 Start the day with protein; free range,hormone free eggs, nut butters, yogurt, nuts

2 Carbs by themselves digest too quickly and leave you hungry so eat them with fat to slow down digestion. Protein works too but it is poor food combining.

3 Eat every 3-4 hours (3 meals, 2 snacks). Eat smaller amounts more often to keep blood sugar and insulin levels normal.

4 Eliminate White: white flour (bleached with dioxins and no nutrients), white rice, white sugar, and white fat. Eliminate ALL hydrogenated oils (margarine, shortening, fried foods, and all processed and refined oils. It blocks insulin metabolism and can cause weight gain as well as disease.

5 Eat Good fats EVERY DAY: Fish, eggs, nuts, avocados, sea vegetables, flaxseeds, olive oil.

6 Increase fiber: Soluble fiber slows sugar absorption. Insoluble fiber

High fiber foods: beans, garbonzos)

7 Eat bright colored fruits and vegetables 8-10 servings per day. They are rich in vitamins and antioxidants.

JUNK FOODS:

Coke: In many states the highway patrol carries 2 gallons of coke in trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident. You can put a steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in 2 days. It will dissolve a nail in 2 days. The Phosphoric acid in it leaches calcium from your bones and it is a major cause in the rise of osteoporosis. Commercial trucks to carry the coke syrup concentrate have to have a Hazardous material place card which is required for anything highly corrosive. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean their truck engines for 20 years. Do you want to drink that? To clean a toilet- pour a can of coke in the bowl and let it sit for an hour then flush. It will remove stains from viteous china. Removes rust from bumpers by dipping aluminum foil in coke and rubbing it on fender. Car batteries- it removes corrosion. Pour coke on rusted bolts.

When you eat high fat (bad fats) high sugar or highly processed foods, your body starts starving for nutrients and gives you cravings which isn’t so much a request for more food (especially the bad food) but a request for nutrients. Some researchers say eating food like this releases opiods in the brain, an opium containing substance produced naturally. This in a manner gets us addicted to the chemicals as if it were real drugs. Multinationals like Nestle have known this for years. In their search for ways to boost the so called “palatability of products” these companies have found the opiod effect to be strongest in products that combine high fat and high sugar. Hence chocolate is added to cereals, cheese to snack foods and sugar to hamburger buns. A new study shows that the use of high-fructose corn syrup in the late 80’s directly parallels the obesity epidemic. 2/3 rds of this is found in beverages but it is also in yogurt, ketchup, cookies, etc. The body processes HFC’s differently than glucose. The lliver more readily converts it to fat which increases the levels of fat in bloodstream in the form of triglycerides. Fast food and processed food is designed , intentionally to override our body’s natural programming and hinder normal hormonal output in order to sell more.

In 1972 $3 billion a year was spent on fast food and now its $110 billion. French fries are the most eaten vegetable in the US. McD represents 43 % of fast food market. Operates 30,000 restaurants in 119 countries on 6 continents. 46 million (pop of Spain) eat every day. Distributes more toys per year than Toys R Us. They call people who eat their food a lot “heavy users”. Most children can recognize McD before they can speak. Wilard Scot the 1st Clown was fired for being too fat. You have to walk for 7 straight hours to burn off one meal. WHO calls obesity a global epidemic. Some say that poor diet and inactivity may surpass smoking as the leading cause of death soon. 60% of Americans are overweight or obese.
