Chlorophyll- They contain large quantities. It is the single most versatile cleansing, healing and detoxifying substance known to man. It protects from toxic chemicals and radiation, it is an excellent wound healer and internal cleanser and promotes intestinal regularity. The chemical structure of chlorophyll molecule is almost identical to that of human red blood cells. They are therefore thought of as blood building foods.
