PESTICIDES

One in 4 strawberries tested contained multiple hazards: carcinogens, reproductive toxins, hormone disruptors and more carcinogens. Bell peppers and spinach have some of the highest levels of neurotoxins of all foods studied. The number of pesticides was less but the potency was more. Spinach being the highest carcinogenic food tested. Avocados and onions are some of the lowest risks. Children are at greater risk because they have faster metabolisms and they are smaller so toxins become more concentrated in them
